Movie was cancelled due to weather conditions which I understand isn’t their fault but the movie we want to watch isn’t getting shown again! I’m not interested in the other movies just to use the voucher, I want a decent movie we will enjoy for the price we are paying.. why offer a voucher for next season? Just give refunds as you are stealing our money!!!
My best friend and I booked tickets weeks in advance to see Dirty Dancing, and the only thing I would complain about is the weather on the night being pretty cold. The food we got ( pizza to share, our own burger and chips, popcorn ) was all delicious and fresh however a bit pricey but that’s expected with cinema food. The overall environment of being on the sand at the beach watching a movie starting at sunset on a screen was unreal! Definitely worth every dollar ! And highly recommend this as a date with a partner it could be really romantic .
Do not get the grass seats because what they don't tell U is you'll be stuck right at the back behind all the beds. The only tickets worth getting are the beds. Sound quality was poor but overall experience of watching out door movies in a comfy large bed was great!
I purchased 2 tickets to the St Kilda location and the tickets clearly stated they were valid until May 2020. Yet when I visited the website in March 2020 there were no scheduled times at the St Kilda location. I tried to find a phone number but the only one I found appears to be disconnected. Try emailing, and didn’t receive a response for several days. Then tried messaging on Instagram. When they finally responded they said “Hi, we will be back in St Kilda next year. See you next summer”. My tickets are valid until May this year?? When I sent a follow up reply to relay this, surprise surprise, no reply. From the look of these reviews it appears dozens of people have been scammed. 70 lost - DO NOT buy from this company!
