I recently stayed at Catani 3 for work-related reasons. The apartment is a short walk to trams and also the beach. Also easy access to Acland Street or Fitzroy Street shops and restaurants (many are currently only doing takeaway or are closed but you can see it would normally be a vibrant place!). The very comfortable king-size bed and good quality sofa added to the enjoyment of my stay. The work desk was also great! I hardly used the kitchen due to the large choice of take away restaurants, cafes (and supermarkets) nearby (St Kilda, Albert Park and Port Melbourne). I look forward to returning when restrictions ease and recommend this listing for both work and leisure purposes.

If you are looking for the best apartment near CBD, then look for no more. This is the best you are gonna find. The location and the apartment is excellent. I also would like to mention about Mr.Chris, he knows the meaning of customer service and willing to go that extra mile for ensure customer is having the best experience with them. I Highly recommend staycentral if you are planning a stay around Melbourne.
Brilliant location in a courtyard setting being safe and with an underground car park. Quiet, with lovely neighbours many of whom are long term residents. Well equipped property with many thoughtful touches including a lightweight shopping trolley! Relatively cool apartment even when the temperature hit 40c for five days in a row! Highly recommended.
Staying in Catani 2 was a wonderful experience for us as a family. Everything was well thought out, the decor was beautiful, they thought of even things like books to read as well as games to play with the family, making you feel right at home. Staying here you are so close to everything, so many places to eat out and the shopping trolley provided was very useful when going to the supermarket. A short tram ride to the city made it so easy for us to get around. Would highly recommend staying here to our friends and family and we definitely will come and stay again. We want to also thank Chris for being so helpful right from when we booked continuing to our stay there. It was wonderful

"Family friendly, centrally located close to local attractions" Our stay at StayCentral St. Kilda was very enjoyable - Conveniently located close to the local cafe scene, transport, and local attractions. Chris was very helpful, promptly providing advice and assistance throughout the course of our stay. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and contained all the facilities we required, particularly for a longer stay. Definitely recommended, especially for families looking for suitable holiday accommodation.
We stayed in Catani 1 in St Kilda when we attended the Australian Grand Prix. The apartment had everything we needed. The location was good, close to restaurants, supermarket and transport. The area is quite and appealing. The St Kilda Markets were not far away. The secure undercover carpark was great, nice and wide with no fear of other car doors hitting our car. Would recommend.
Fantastic 4 month stay in the Tuscany Apartment on Fitzroy Street. A real home from home and dog friendly. Perfectly placed for the beach and City Centre. Thank you!
