visited this cafe on a lovely Sunday and had our brunch in their backyard. First of all,place is quite and people are chatting and enjoying their mornings. Secondly portion is HUGE! price is cheaper compared with other cafes. We had to takeaway the chips cuz we can't finish the food. Thirdly the chips taste good and baked egg is sour than I thought

Loved our lil brunch outing at the cafe. Loved the vibe, the outdoor seating and the food. The staff was friendly and accomodating to the request. The service was super quick as well.
Amazing service today from the team at Neighbours despite the hectic Easter rush. Coffee was terrific to start with and the food was absolutely mouth watering! Easily my favourite café!

If you want to spend hours waiting for food you should definitely eat here! Arrived at the cafe and waited for 25 minutes without being offered any service, no water, no acknowledgment, not even a warning for the wait time. I understand its busy but at least let us know there will be a wait. Pathetic. Multiple tables without food and staff standing around doing nothing. We weren't the only table to walk out whilst there. Pathetic establishment, absolutely atrocious service.
Great chilled atmosphere, staff were friendly and communicative. There is loads of seating outside (mostly under cover away from the rain today!) which is dog friendly too. The menu is huge and there were a lot of dishes I would love to have tried for brunch! The portions are generous (yay!), cooked perfectly and served alongside some great coffee. I also think the menu options are great value for money given the size of them. The only downside to our visit was the coffee arrived about 10 mins after our food due to the front cafe being busy. Not ideal but the staff came to tell us why there was a delay at least. Plus the food made it up for it! I will definitely visit again to sample something else from the menu!
Terrible service! Sat for 15 minutes without being served, asked wait staff twice if they would take my order, they said yes and never returned. The place was full and they were obviously not staffed. Walked and told them that it is hospitality 101 to tell people that service will take long or simply don’t seat new patrons. They said management hasn’t allowed them to say that and ‘sorry we are flat out that’s why we haven’t served you yet’, very poor excuse and they lost a customer. Businesses should appreciate patronage and be honest, people would honour that rather than feeble excuses and poor service. Glad I walked out as I saw people walk up to them to take orders after requesting multiple times and more than half the tables were awaiting food.
You like dogs? This is the cafe for you. Walk through to the separate outdoor area to lovely sunny seating with SO MANY DOGS most mornings and afternoons. There are also dog treats and water bowls. Once I even saw a cat in a harness, and spoke to his human to discover he is basically a celebrity because there's a mural of him painted on the fence in the outdoor area. Exceptional staff, a good vegan menu and decent prices are also noteworthy. But DOGS!! Bring your dogs here so the quiet person sitting in the corner writing on their laptop can stare at and appreciate them.
