I’d like to thank Career Success Australia for their ongoing support with my career. I am glad that I found CSA through my friend's recommendation. Their customised coaching programs, professionalism, knowledge in all professions, candidate care and ongoing support is what makes CSA the best. So, here goes my Success Story: I have been in Australia since 2017 and the job search seemed like an impossible task and I only faced with rejections. When I was finally losing my hope to enter into the Australian professional job market, my friend (who was a CSA's past client) suggested me to join CSA. The initial phone consult with Naren has itself given me hope and idea as to how to proceed with my job search and I decided there and then to join CSA. CSA has amazing internship and job coaching programs that are both flexible and suitable to different needs of the candidates from different professions. I chose their 'Unlimited career coaching program' and I was assisted with developing Master resume and cover letter, provided with excellent interview tips, techniques and interview preparation sessions. My journey with CSA was for 10 months and landing a job interview was difficult due to Covid in 2020. But my career coach Langdon was supportive and helped me develop skills and confidence through weekly consult sessions. The weekly consult sessions improved my interview skills, and I became 24x7 interview ready even if I got an interview in the next hour. I especially thank my Head Career Coach Langdon who was with me the whole way through to build my career skills and confidence to get job interviews and ultimately a job offer. The process wasn’t easy, and it did take time, but so long as you persist, you will get the result you want. I am happy to say I have secured a role in my field of HR and am happy to recommend the Career Coaching Program that they provide. I recommend CSA services. They have a very strong team, that helped me build up my confidence and an effective resume, resulting in an internship offer faster than I could have thought. The videos provided for interview training are clear and straightforward, and the mock interviews with Pearl and Donna helped me to develop my answers in a way to show all my potential to prospective employers. The workshop for resume building which was conducted by Naren and Langdon was very insightful. It helped me understand what the Australian industry actually looks for. The workshop dealt with resume building, what you should and shouldn’t include and also how to tailor it for different jobs. It was great and I would recommend CSA for career services.

I would recommend the Career Success Australia team to all international graduates who are looking to get into the Australian workforce. The CSA team helped me secure my first IT job in Australia after coming here as an international graduate. Even though I joined the program during very uncertain times (the Covid issue was happening), Naren and the team got me into a good internship with a software company. I completed a three month internship as a Design and Marketing Assistant with Career Success Australia and I cannot express how grateful I am for the experience. Naren, Eugenia and the team were so supportive and welcoming and I learned many new skills during my time with them. Towards the end of my internship, I was hired by a company in my field of study. This would not have been possible if it weren't for the experience and opportunities I was given from CSA. Although I was not a client, Naren helped me write my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn, providing tips on how to optimize the information to attract hiring manager's attention and interest. His advice emphasized the importance of detial and wording in job application documents, something that I hadn't considered before my internship.
