I had my ear piercings done 2 days ago and Rhonda was very nice, accomodating and she ran me through the aftercare and gave me a aftercare kit and a certificate of achievement of getting pierced. I did not have appointment but she was able to fit me in to get my Helix done. ️ The shop is very organise and tidy and their piercing rooms are immaculately clean and they sanitise before and after every client. Orlando did an amazing job with my piercings, she was very nice and gentle and made me feel comfortable all throughout the procedure. I am so in love with my piercings! Thank you very much for the great work! I will see you on my check up date.
My piercer was so friendly and the whole process was easy, I felt safe and comfortable. I would continue to my piercing done here. Highly recommend!! :)
Staff (St Kilda) was amazing. She made me feel calm and relaxed. She did a professional job, in a calm manner even though it was after reading hours. She did not rush and was very sweet about it. Thanks for staying up until after trading hours to wait for me.
Really friendly environment, instantly felt at ease on the chair :) would 100% go back for any other piercing i may want in future. they also give you great aftercare and thoroughly run it over with you to make sure you take care of their lovely needle work
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fitted me in as a walk-in. Good, thorough advice and a great suggestion about placement. Barely hurt at all and I didn't even cry!! Highly recommend.
Rhonda was very relaxing and calming throughout the piercing procedure. She explained everything before she pierced. Would recommend going to see Rhonda for a piercing.
