Great service. They really try to help you out. I called 5 vets to see my little one with an infected skin allergies only st ives was able to accommodate me after much begging. Highly recommend. The Pup got some antibiotics and allergy tablet. Cleared up after 4 days and fully gone by 7 days.

This is no doubt the best vet practice I have come across. Not only are Michael & his team wonderful vets but they are wonderful and caring people who really go above & beyond. We are so thankful for their presence in our suburb
We had a bad experience before and don't want to go back there. My pet died after an operation. What made us really upset is not just the death of our pet. I am giving 2 stars because the whole process of operation was not transparent at all. We were told a specialist will come to do the operation for my pet. But I was not allowed to talk to the specialist to ask questions and I did not know who did the operation and what is this specialist's professional background. It was my first pet and I trusted the staff. However when I was waiting to pick up my pet on the next day, got a phone call and was told she passed away after the operation.
The best vet! Have been coming for years and they have always looked after my 11 year old moodle Monty perfectly. I wouldn’t trust him anywhere else. Shout out to Sally and Laura who are so lovely and it is obvious they genuinely care for their clients.
Michael is a brilliant vet. Caring, companionate and objective. You always know your pet is in the best hands.
Very good service explained history of my daughters dog and the vet was very informative. Vacation give with great notes to go home and read. Thanks
Dr Laura is absolutely the best Vet we have ever had, she looks after our sausage dogs like they were her own. Highly recommend :)
My doggy went for a dental and has recovered well. They checked with me before extracting an important tooth which was much appreciated. Very happy with them.
