If you're thinking about donating blood, plasma or platelets, I'd recommend this branch. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They have a ton of food and drinks afterwards to make sure you have something in the stomach before driving. Note, the food isn't the healthiest.
Today was my first time donating and I was a little nervous. But with the support and friendliness from Craig, Kristie and all the other staff members I felt comfortable and well looked after. All the staff are wonderful and I’ll definitely be coming back to donate at this centre again. Giving blood is so important and it makes it easier with friendly and supportive staff so thank you, all!
Friendly efficient staff. Very good with putting people at ease, particularly for first time donors of whole blood, plasma or platelets. Good to relax and chill out, have a read as you help people in need. Plus some little food treats to sent you on your way. Dedicated customer parking in back car park.
