Thank you for contacting me to offer resolve on my previous complaint made 6 mths earlier. This week I returned to give Keema Springwood the opportunity to show if they have improved their service. I will give credit where credit is due, the telephone service has definitely improved with calls being monitored and staff have obviously had training in customer service telephone skills. Well done management! Unfortunately front line service needs reviewing! I returned to pick up my car after the service and pay the 415 service fee! I stood in the office for ages behind the cordoned off area waiting, waiting waiting to be served, I was ignored by 6 personal in the office. Eventually I asked Maddie as she walked past if anyone wishes to serve me. Surely it is not up to the customer to seek attention when you are in full view of everyone waiting?? Compliments to Maddie and the super lovely lady courtesy bus driver. Maddie was polite, kept smiling despite not being able to find my car to return to me! Maybe others could take a leaf out of her book and make the customers welcome at Keema. Finally thank you my car was actually valeted this time round.

I recently book my car into Spring wood shop for its third service. My first two at a certified Hyundai mechanic seemed fairly normal. But At the one at Spring wood when I was waiting for my car seemed to be an altercation between staff and a customer, it seemed very unprofessional the way the staff handled situation I don’t know what happened but swearing at customers really is not a good look
Ordered a log book. They took the money on the spot. Promised to get it within two weeks. Two months past and still didn’t receive a single call or text in regards to it. After two months I called to see what the story was they said they didn’t order the log book and have to reorder it. Asked for my money back and said it would take 4 weeks to get a refund. After two months I got my money back. I will never go here again even if I have to wreck my car. Bunch of bloody idiots.
