One of our pizzas had cheese on only 1 side, so it was extremely dry, it was the double bacon cheese burger and it had only 3 pieces of bacon on it. The other 2 were edible but had no flavour, especially the chicken one. A couple of weeks ago we got pizzas delivered from the chatswood Hills store and they were beautiful. Fresh and steaming hot even after delivery. This is not the first time we have received bad pizzas from this store so will never be going back and will be telling all our friends and family not to go there. I had to basically cut the slices myself

I ordered a pizza from here this afternoon and it was absolutely horrible. Besides from being stone cold it was doughy and the underside was completely uncooked. Somehow the crust was still burnt. I would rather eat a piece of cardboard than this garbage.

Burnt garlic bread, asked for an extra item (tomatoes) on a cheese pizza got charged for it then told that they are unable to do not cause they are not allowed. Order was made over the phone and confirmed the change could be made with no call during their prep time to tell us they can't do it. Then when confronted they told us to just take the pizza as is or leave. Horrible service don't recommend
