The service was fantastic, right from the time I was in the dealership Adam Tait looked after me. They tried to get the colour I wanted but couldn't so i was prepared to wait for the car. They contacted me just before Christmas saying my car had arrived. So was pleased with the swap over Adam answered all my questions and as this was my third forester it has a lot of safety stuff. This is the second Subaru I have bought from Cricks and can highly recommend them.

Purchased a brand new 2019 WRX STI in mid-December from Luke at Cricks Subaru Springwood and was absolutely satisfied by the service he and his friendly crew provided for me; they really knew their stuff! As for the car itself, it's simply incredible! I've never driven anything that holds the road like a WRX STI, and to my biggest surprise, it's rather easy to drive. Drop on over and request a test drive with Luke in a WRX if you want to experience the best bang for buck you can find on this planet!

After hunting around for cars for nearly 3 months, Subaru was my last stop. After owning 2 Subarus previously, the charm and allure of this car never fails to amaze me. What made the buying experience even better was getting to talk to people who loved the car as much as I do. Customer service is something a lot of branded car sales people forget to work on, because usually the brand of the car sells itself. However, the team at Cricks really care about customers as much as selling cars. This was a very refreshing and great feeling buying with these guys.

The customer service was excellent. A courtesy vehicle was made available and a very pleasant driver took me to a convenient drop off location. I also recieved phone calls to keep me updated on my cars progress. I was made to feel extremely valued as a customer...even though my car is a little old and far from immaculate. In fact, I was so pleased with a past service at Cricks Springwood: I chose to bypass a closer Subaru service centre to drive the greater distance.
