I had the best time! Did my First Aid certificate here and HIGHLY recommend Advance Forward!! The trainer Ian is an amazing teacher and made the day very fun and interactive, especially with his quirky sense of humour. The entire team was so lovely and welcoming, and very professional to deal with. I will be sure to recommend friends and family. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend. ***** One of the best training/trainers have I experienced. Felt very comfortable the moment you walk in through the doors. Everything was very smooth from the first email I sent to the start of the course. Also till the end of the course. Looking forward to dealing with again by adding more Cert to what I have already gained to expand my employment opportunities.
As soon as I walked into Advance Forward in Springwood Anne at admin was Super helpful and lovely. Scott, the director, understood the goals I have in mind and pointed me in the right direction with advice and information. Ian, our course instructor is very experienced, approachable, encouraging and makes learning fun as well as keeping the topics interesting. I highly recommend Advance Forward at Springwood if you are looking to do any of the training courses they offer, 10/10.
Loved the experience and the training while making new friends through the course, it's fun and educating with very good insight for those who are interested in pursuing towards the security industry and more. Best company that's worth learning from with the best support that they provide. Grateful to be taught by Scott as he will teach you the right way while having a blast in class.
Most comprehensive Security Cert 3 in Australia which spans three weeks. The trainer/owner Scott Percival makes conscious efforts to build up students for networking and professional development in a way that is conducive to progressing one's career. Includes extras such as First Aid and open hand techniques with some small information of other tactical workings if students are interested. The only down side is the workbook provided by the Police. Scott Percival circumvents this by having a clear vision of what a student ought to be and how to get there. Cert 3 in security is a great way to begin a multifaceted career with many paths of development. Anyone seeking work in security who has the chance to learn at Advance Forward but doesn't is actively crippling their chances.

My younger brother was trained here. He is normally quite shy and reserved, however after training with Advance-Forward he has become more confident and successful in not only his work life but also personal life!
