Receptionist on duty on 04 March 2021 (asian background lady) not helpful at all. Cold and not accomodating. Most of the other receptionists at that branch otherwise have been really professional. Another problem is that most of the time when you try call the landline they never pick up.

My brothers been having chest pains and the doctor he’s seen referred him to a radiologist, for a scan and they couldn’t fit him in for a scan till late in the afternoon so I called around for my brother to have an urgent scan as requested by the doctor, a CTPA and this place had told my brother that they can’t fit him in as well as they have other appointments, that he’s better off going in to emergency. What kind of work ethics is that? Fortunately I found I-MED and they were stunned to have heard that he was turned away not twice but three times, this place being the third and their other branch in Oxley being the second. Luckily for I-MED RADIOLOGY in Forrest Lake, they told him to come in ASAP for a scan, and we had found out within the hour that he had Pneumonia. Don’t risk your life... they don’t care. What kind of receptionist doesn’t ask questions to find out more info even after mentioning that hes had chest pains and that on the form it says *urgent need results, they couldn’t care less. If you’re not even willing to help people or even try and find out more info as a receptionist, why are they even working there? 0 stars if I could and a jab in the mouth if I could too.

Attended here on referral from local dentist for a dental xray. Showed up without an appointment and only had to wait 10 mins to get in. Very efficient. Only short wait for my scan/ film o take back too

Booked my appointment for 1030 arrived 30 mins before the appointment and it still took until 12 to get my scan done. The staff are nice but what is the purpose of the appointment system if you can't hold to it.

Wouldn't give me prints, then when I got to the Surgeon's office, wouldn't release the images to him. Totally useless!

Incompetent and rude staff who will incorrectly book your appointments and then make no apology when they cancel said appointments. Kristen on the front desk had appalling service and spoke to us very rudely.
