This rating is no reflection on the sole staff member on duty, but on the company that can allow such a pleasant efficient and obviously over tasked employee work under such appalling conditions and expectations. Even though her service was exemplary I will go a further few minutes down the road next time so that the older patients waiting after me can have a seat.

Mimi is very kind and sweet. Always quick and painless when she does it. She's very efficient. She definitely needs a reception to help her out though. I don't know how she does it all by herself and always with a smile. A very pleasant experience every time

Gave two stars because I honestly can't be mad at the one staff member working herself into the ground to funnel everyone through. I booked a specific blood test a week before coming in. I asked upon booking if they did this test and they said yes. I get there fifteen minutes before my test and there were four patients already waiting for the one pathologist (and receptionist) to see them. It took an hour for her to get these people through. I was so relieved to find it was my turn to be seen, but when I approached the front desk to present my referral she told me she is not equipped to perform the test. She seemed so stressed and deflated, the poor thing. She referred me to the pathology at Orion, but I had officially run out of time to deal with this as I was already late to pick my son up from school. Apparently, it's not an uncommon occurrence to find a lonely and overworked staff member at this pathology - I highly recommend this issue be addressed. This isn't fair on the staff member nor the patients. Please fix this!

The clinic was busy in the morning and there was a 20 minute wait. There was a young chinese girl working and she was very lovely. Considering she was there by herself and doing everything by herself, the wait was inevitable. She was very fast and efficient. It was quite extraordinary to witness. There should be more workers like her. She did not mess around. Very happy with the service. Highly Recommend

QML needs to hire a receptionist so that the Phlebotomist is not stressed and overworked. It can get very stressful doing both and she is doing an awesome job!

Worst QML I’ve ever seen, bad staff lack of professional knowledge. Sent me away after one hour waiting, let me make an appointment with radiology first, but doctor did not request this at all. RAPP-A no need to scan only need pathology collection, understand?
