We have visited this facility for 3 years since the day we moved to Brisbane. The care received was always accurate (As good as having a home doctor). We have not been given any inaccurate diagnosis or medication and yes the place does get busy so pre planning your engagements would be wise. Telehealth was great for recurring prescriptions. The facility is very clean and the reception folks are always respectful. Choosing the right doctor matters especially for chronic conditions and based on my experience and treatments, I've always recommended this centre to anyone I know.

I am 39 weeks pregnant and today I had my last appointment before having my baby tomorrow. It was scheduled for 10:40am, I was 15 minutes late because I was losing fluids and I couldn't leave my house on time. I have been having monthly consultations for almost 1 year and now weekly, I NEVER arrived late for any of the consultations and I ALWAYS wait between 10 and 20 minutes to be attended. Today, AFTER being attended by the doctor (Who was always wonderful with me and I am very grateful to her) the receptionist informed me that I would have to pay 50 for my delay. Why haven't I been warned before? Why was this never mentioned? What is the purpose of this money? It doesn't make any sense because I didn't miss or cancel the appointment (The website only mentions the fee for late cancellations)! We are living in hard times! And if I didn't have the money, what would happen? I'm very disappointed! Look at the receipt that says it would be a cancellation fee and not a delay fee !! I will definitely look for another place to be attended from now on! The reception service was better, it is currently very bad!

Dr Ryan was amazing; she was very thorough and listened to everything I had to say and what my concerns were. I've never felt more listened to when it comes to doctors. Will definitely be making this my permanent medical centre.

Dr. Jordan has to be one of the best doctors i’ve ever met. You could tell that he is really passionate about his work. Front desk staffs were very polite.

Our family has been to this GP for more than 2 years. There is a gap for adult but at least they bulk bill my 1year old son. We always see dr. Romond and sometimes others too. Dr Romond is very kind and attentive to both me and my son. Receptionists are also pleasant and professional. We didnt have any big issues and yes there is a bit of wait (expect 10-20mins later than the appointment time) but we were ok with that.

Dr Sarah Chu is a wonderful doctor who listens to you, and asks enquiring questions to properly diagnose the medical issues and correctly provide remedies. At the same time she is extremely understanding, professional and courteous and explains her diagnosis thoroughly thereby putting the patient at ease. An excellent doctor all round.. In addition, reception staff were friendly, courteous and extremely helpful making my medical visit all round very pleasant. Thankyou.
