Professional admin staff and warm and caring medical staff. We were seen promptly and received excellent treatment. Gold DVA cards accepted without patient having to pay anything. Highly recommended.

Very busy nurses are rushed off their feet. My main issue is the food is terrible. Cold and flavourless. Nurse was kind enough to heat in microwave but still tasted terrible. No chpices offered. Next morning cold porrige, cold leathery scrambed eggs piece of toast with margarine. I have eaten only a few mouthfuls of food in 48 hours and feel terrible. I have been in hospital quite a few times in my life. I am 60. I am not a fussy eater and I have never complained about anything before but this is just aweful. I was awake in the night hungry. For a private hospital I would have expected better.

Don't go here unless you want to pay out of pocket costs on top of the excess you already would have paid even if the admission has to do with an operation you had at the same hospital.

So impressed with this hospital. I’ve been an out patient and have ended up in emergency twice and also spent time as an inpatient. I’m a fussy customer and am always impressed with every experience I have at this hospital and the amazing specialists. Can’t say enough and highly recommend!

Awful experience. Staff have no respect & show no discretion. Complaints are handled the same way. Go elsewhere.
