Absolutely stunning business practices... I just love waiting for 20 minutes in the sun on a main road in 35 degree heat for an agent to not show up to the inspection. Had to leave in the end because the heat was getting to me. Stellar work, guys

Booked and confirmed an inspection at a potential rental property, when I arrived I waited 15 minutes past the starting time. I called to see what was going on, only to have them say they had no idea. I got a call back saying that I had not confirmed (even though I received a confirmation email) to which they then changed their story and said that the agent had called in sick that morning. Incredibly unprofessional and obviously doesnt care about renters.
I found the team at Brisbane Students to be very friendly and professional. They are very proactive and respond to requests promptly. Very good experience.

I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THESE REVIEWS! The first day I show up to get my keys after a 16-hour flight, they give me the wrong key. I walk back, get the right key, and the room is a complete mess. I get back to the office just before they close for the weekend and they found me another place. I get to the new place and half the lights were out, blinds were broken, and was pictured completely different online. It is completely obvious that these people have little morals and seem to be conning international students who are forced to see the rooms through pictures. Now, 4 months later, they've fixed the issues but only cleaned the place once. Although we are under contract for once a month. This company sucks. This company needs a serious overhaul because they've failed there promises in just about every way as a paying customer and tenant.
Racist imbeciles that do not even understand the Rental Tenancy Act. Total cowboys, stay away. They bought out the old Brisbane Students which was a quality agency and proceeded to ruin everything. In Brisbane I have had a bad run of renting through reputable agencies to only have them bought out or landlord switch agencies mid tenancy. Landlords take note: I would gladly stay in one dwelling for years and probably pay more rent than market value if looked after by good management. Stop using Cowboys.
Cameron was amazing, but other phone staff quite rude and dismissive. Have chosen alternative uni accommodation.
