Have been for two knee arthroscopes and couldn't say enough about Dr Bartlett's team professionalism and importantly the great results he has achieved. Now I can walk the golf course 3 times/week thanks Doc.

Reception incompetent and just do not care. Cancelled via email which of course went straight to junk mail. No follow up phone call or voicemail. What kind of practice doesn't at least leave a voicemail? Refereed me to another doctor who also did not receive the referral from Dr Bartlett's office. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and now I am back to square one.
