Just saw (1032 on 19May20) the No 5 Bus (Bus 120) at a northbound bus stop at the lights opposite Beacon Lighting refuse to let a person on board, even though the bus was hemmed in by a line of traffic and the person was calling and signalling to the driver. Very poor show indeed - the fact that the person was of Indian appearance made the incident even more unfortunate.

I have been taking Christian Bus for a long time. I met a driver who stopped constantly to eat and talk over the phone. This wasted a lot of my time, waiting for him to finish eating and talking. There’s once when I was waiting for the bus 50 to Epsom, the driver just drove past my stop without even stopping (I stood somewhere that’s visible to the driver), as there’s only ONE BUS PER HOUR! He didn’t even stop at the next stop to let me get on. He just drove straight. I was left dumbfounded. Please train some of your drivers well. Thank you.
Use the buses alot, most of the time no issues. But why have Huntly and Kangaroo Flat buses numbered both '5'. I live in White Hills and twice now I've had a bus saying its going to Kangaroo Flat so i dont get on it but then i see down the end of Mitchell st its turning right to Huntly not left to Kangaroo Flat. Now i have to wait another half hour on a 40C day Edit: Changed the review from 3 stars to 4 stars as I no longer encounter this issue that I have described above. Good job guys!
Constantly inconsistent, never on time, Plenty of moody drivers. Very unreliable Managed to think about and write this review whilst waiting for my bus, which was incredibly late
