I was visiting Traralgon from Ipswich Queensland and was impressed with the layout and display of fabric and stock. The service was great and staff are very friendly. Ipswich has alot to answer for. They are very poor all round.

This store had what I was looking for & friendly, helpful staff wherever I needed them. Slightly tight to maneuver in some areas but good range on offer of what u expect to get from Spotlight.
Older female employee at the textiles/fabric section of the store was so rude because my partner and I were in the wrong section and asked her a question. Had a chance to be helpful, chose to be rude instead.
