How it's possible this company is still running? We returned the car after cleaning it, and they confirmed everything was fine. Some days later we called to ask about the bond we had to receive and they said they wouldn't return it because we had smoked in the car...and none of us smokes! This is ridiculous, just be careful with them.

Extremely disappointed. I feel I've been robbed. I rented a 4wd and I took it to Fraser Island. Apparently I wasn't allowed to, but nobody had told me anything. They called me and the next day I returned the car as it was planned. I cleaned it and the car was in perfect condition, as the woman in the shop agreed. My surprise was when they never gave me the bond back. After few calls, they said that they won't return the bond because I had taken the car to Fraser Island, despite the official reason is that they needed to make a deep cleaning. 500 to clean a car! They should be amazing cleaners...
Dirty car and not in the best conditions. I expected more.
