Michael at the Nerang branch is so lovely to deal with. We bought our electric self install gate through him which was nice and easy. Michael has since helped me with extra remotes & keys. Always goes the extra mile and always at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

The first point of contact in this company was great ( Michael Gold Coast branch) but the after sales and warranty is a scam- they will Make up any excuse too not warrant the product so they can charge out their service fee at 180 call out. They won’t warrant the product because they simply don’t get paid by any one too. Buyer beware and utilise another company before your next. I am not the first reviewer with a similar story and they are experts in passing off their responsibilities....
