On the plus side, they’re friendly people & generally fit you in to do repairs or services quickly. They also answer your questions. On the negative, they charge way too much - 2 to 3 times what others charge for the same thing. The last time they charged me 30 minutes for what was a 5 - 10 minute job. I get it that they have overheads to cover, but I just don’t think this is the best way to do business. Nor is being dishonest. All the best, I hope you take this feedback and make some changes.

Great people great service bought my Kymco super 8 scooter there if I ever have any issues they fix it under warranty for me very honest and reasonable pricing for parts and service.
