I've had a few property managers over the years, some good, some not so good. Karen N @ PRD Southport is one of the good ones, "on the ball" so to speak. Without getting into specifics, she's helped navigate a couple of dramas with deftness that stems from competence and experience.

I have previously rented a unit through Karen at PRD Southport, she was absolutely a delight to work with, right from the beginning she was extremely professional, yet friendly and a great sense of humor. There were a few issues with the rental unit which she responded to immediately, and between her and the Landlord it was sorted straightaway. I saw what an incredibly hard worker she was, and her passion and dedication was second to none. Further down the track we had Karen find us excellent tennents for our unit, and once again from beginning to end she was outstanding to deal with. She gets the job done, with such a POSITIVE attitude, a great smile, and absolute professionalism. Definatly the best Property Manager I have ever dealt with, and I have rented many times over the years. I can honestly recommend her highly, you won't regret it,especially if you're looking for the best person to take care of your rental property.

Karen Ngo, a highly experienced property manager takes her job very seriously and committed to her clients. We greatly appreciate her expertise to manage a very troublesome tenant whom she eventually persuaded to leave. She was able to find us another tenant within a couple of weeks. What a relief.
Karen Ngo from PRD Southport has been terrific She has handled any potential issue in a highly professional manner and takes no prisoners in protecting her clients interests She worked tirelessly last year to get bond money owed and a messy insurance claim approved for damage to my property from a past tenant (ending up in costing me nothing). She has also dealt with all issues relating to my current tenants which means it has been hassle free for me. I use PRD Southport for my apartment in Southport. Karen is my agent and she is the best, literally! Any query or questions I have, she gives a prompt reply. Always available to help you out. If Karen needs any authorisation or decision from me, she will quickly let me know in advance. My place is basically on autopilot, she's gotten me great tenants, paid on time everytime. I know it is well taken care of. If I have another place in GC, will definitely use PRD Southport.
