Orbitz provides us a high level of service we need at a reasonable rate. Our lifts are older and have some cantankerous behaviours. Orbitz strives hard to provide us with what we need when we need it, with minimal delays. Jobs have to be prioritised according to safety so we accept that technicians may have to rearrange their schedules to fit all into a days work. The office team back up with quality customer service. Happy with our switch to Orbitz.

I rate my service contractors not by when things are going swimmingly, but when the proverbial hits the fan - therein tells me all I need to know, and team at Orbitz there step up to the plate, every time. They did not install the infamous systems currently in use, but they have helped me immensely in assisting to minimize elevator downtime when the tower needed it most. Can't fault them.
We have no issues with Orbitz. The nature of lifts and the use and abuse they receive makes it difficult to please every tenant all the time. Any service oriented business will have fluctuations as the personnel they hire will vary, and any individual's performance will vary day by day - a fact of human nature. Overall, Orbitz has provided timely and quality service for several years. No complaints.

Orbitz service multiple lifts over 60 levels of high rise for our company. Response times by their local crew for Brisbane is swift and efficient. Dawn on the service desk is always a pleasure to work with never failing to return a call.
All around good lift experience. Have had no delays with lift faults and their reporting system is some of the best I have seen amongst lift companies.
