We had a great experience with the team at Toyota Southport. Ben was very helpful in talking us through the specs of the car we were looking at, the reception staff were super friendly, Emma was one of the best and most genuine sales people we have met and Terry in the Finance Department was phenomenal and gave my partner and I the best service we have ever had, anywhere! We highly recommend Toyota Southport and feel very confident in our decision to shop with the team there!

My recent complimentary service was a very pleasant experience. The timing was exactly adhered to and the environment provided by Grand Motors Toyota, where I waited, was very comfortable. This was a very definite step up from my experience at the same location in the past. And I will be pleased to return to continue the on-going regular service of our Camry.
Booked in to do a test drive and upon arrival I was told they put someone else into the car and I would need to wait 15/20 minutes. I informed the team when booking that I needed to be in and out so I walked out and passed on my feedback to the manager. I got a call and email from the manager who went above and beyond on trying to mend the broken fence. He was very understanding and even sent one of the team over to my house to we could test drive the car at home ! We settled on another car BUT I would have no reservations on going back to Grand Toyota for our next car.
