Room was very small but enough for one person. Clean and comfy and very quiet with the windows closed. Great budget accommodation option. Great friendly service on check in and check out and generously shared local knowledge.

The staffs are very professional and caring. I did arrived very late but the staff were able to call me while I enroute to tell me how to access the hotel.

Upon arriving our room wasn’t ready, all good we were early(1pm)so went off to fill in time. Arrived again at 2:45pm(check in time from 2pm) and our room still wasn’t ready.. was told at least another hour before possible check in!! I had 2 young children, one who needed a nap. We also had somewhere important to be that afternoon. With nowhere to freshen up after a 2 hour journey stuck in traffic, nowhere for my toddler to lay down, the staff weren’t friendly or accomodating. Correction, one staff member was trying to come up with a solution, the manager I’m guessing, refused to help, wasn’t accomodating at all and just plain rude!!! . Told me a firm No! You will receive a text when the room is ready. So is 4pm acceptable check in time?especially when they advertise a 2pm check in? Their lack of caring is what was the major disappointment! So with nowhere to lie down and nowhere to leave our luggage securely we went about our business with a cranky toddler and a car full of luggage. Rooms were average at best. But for the price what can you expect?? The dam smell of the room was the big turn off. Kids enjoyed the pool, the small amount of time we were about to use it once checking in... Again, upon leaving manager wasn’t very pleasant nor apologetic for stuffing us around!!! Wouldn’t return!!
Room was clean & tidy. Staff were very helpful & accommodating. It suited our needs for our stay. Will stay there again.
Would definitely recommend this place, nice and quiet and the rooms are always maintained by the cleaners. Friendly staff that are very attentive and helpful!
