Really friendly welcoming staff, and helpful too. Lots of great products and the shop smells really really nice too. Seriously, it smells great as soon as you walk in. More shops should smell like this

Great turnaround, got free shipping on my pan order and turned out cheaper than ordering from the producer - which is always a bonus! Giving 4 star as the packaging was terrible - literally came into a ripped apart cardboard box with the bare pan inside - no padding or anything else to protect from scratches or any other damage. My order was completely fine as the pan is cast iron and very durable though be mindful when you order fragile stuff from them!

Great layout and range of products, Nice music playing and a relaxing vibe all round :) The experience was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff member on that day who gave me a sample of the beautiful Mokosh rich face cream which is a top quality luxurious product that i will unquestionably be coming back for more! as well as all the other goodies! X

I have shopped at the stores in Brisbane and online and have always had good service……but not at the Southport store,I found the staff to be unfriendly and aloof. Never a smile and have experienced this twice this week.
