Dan with his van was an absolute godsend last week. We'd come across an elderly gentlemen in his nineties on a mobility scooter -- out of power. He was in hot sun, and attempting to roll out into oncoming traffic. Refusing help or to be dropped home We were terrified! Until we called Dan. Within ten minutes, he turned up with his van. Dan graciously helped this gentleman into his van with dignity and home safely. Watching his human handling skills was awe inspiring. He was respectful, persuasive, and focused on the person's ability rather than dis-ability. Thank you Dan!
