I've used Extreme Clean Australia Cleaning service for my restaurant's kitchen from past 4-5 months and have been loving it. Much better than my last cleaning service in terms of the quality of cleaning, but also the communication from the company itself. I highly recommend them.

Not happy with this place. No attention to detail. Did not do much more than I could have done myself. First lot of cleaners spoke barely any English and there was no communication. Not willing to take responsibility for the carpet changing colour after they cleaned it. They sent more cleaners out and the same result. May need to replace carpet. They did give a discount but kept saying the carpet was old and it could not have been their fault. If you want a simple clean then go ahead but do not trust them with your carpets. But if it was me I would find someone else.
We have worked with ECA for about 4 years and have no interest changing that! GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE!
