Ciaran was really helpful and great at communicating opportunities and securing me work quickly. Ciaran really helped me out and kept me going even through the tough market conditions of Covid. My experience with Who Group was positive and I would definitely recommend them.

I would not recommend Who Group as a candidate. I attended an interview, was advised by the recruiter (Silvana) that they would put me forward for the role and be in touch by the end of the week. I never heard from them and a follow up was ignored. Advice for the recruiters is to be transparent and honest, if I wasn’t suitable for the role, or if I wasn’t strong in the interview I would have appreciated the feedback rather than being strung along and ghosted.

Worked for roughly a 10 month period with Who Group mainly under Eoghan Hickey. Got consistent work and Eoghan always looked after me ensuring I had PPE and was happy in whatever workplace I had in. Great guy that genuinely cares. Would highly recommend Who Group to anyone looking for work in Melbourne.

Worst company to work for, you'll get dropped for the smallest things. Don't get injured or ask for anything safety related as they have nothing in place to look out for you. all they care about is the host employer and you're expendable. Who group doesn't care about your well being what so ever. they won't even respond to your emails when its convenient for them. This is 100% true of what i have dealt with. i bet this review will be deleted before long, because if what I'm saying wasn't the truth senior management would contact me instead of just getting this deleted.

Who Group were one of my main employers during my 18 month stay in Australia. They have a big client base across Melbourne’s construction sector - I first heard about them when they had 40 guys on a site I was on. The first job they put me on, I was retained for 4 months with the opportunity of full weeks of 56 hours. Niamh and Ciaran were the two consultants I worked with and I built really good relationships with both. They both went over and above what other agencies were doing to keep getting me work, especially when Covid hit and the industry was hit with so much uncertainty. I worked with 5 agencies and Melbourne and these were the best by far.
