So glad that i stopped by and tried their ice cream.. We had dark chocolate and gaytime ice cream, both were superb..They have so much variety of flavors that confuses you.. Quick service and don't forget to SIGN UP for their rewards program and you get two scoops for the price of one. Enjoy.. xxx

Great customer service, staff very professional and knowledgeable. The choice of flavors was good but their own special original flavors were amazing. The Lemon Meringue was a real stand out, they have nailed it. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks guys.
i went here a couple of days ago and they were extremely rude and i ordered a banana and chocolate crepe and 2 scoops of expresso ice-cream. they were extremely rude at the register, the place was a mess and i saw mould underneath the register and under the tables the was massive amounts of gum which had mould forming around it, i found quite disgusting. when making my crepe the person was not wearing a mask and sneezed onto the area where my crepe was being prepared. when making my ice-cream, the ice-cream scoop had a hair and some kind of goop in it. overall i would never come here again and service was horrific!!!
Good portions and many flavours. It’s weird that they don’t use scoop spoons for setting the ice cream in a waffle or cup, they used a spatula due to which the ice cream was smeared all over the sides. The presentation is not good.

The free scoop upgrade on signup is a scam! I signed up and got the free scoop offer in the app. Showed it to them and they said it can be used the next time I come and they didn’t even take my loyalty details and give me a stamp for the purchase I made. I dislike places that try and scam customers. This is clearly a scam to get people in.

Frankly speaking, I visited this gelato shop as I saw it’s very good reviews on multiple platforms. However, after giving it a try today, I found it extremely sugary though it has some flavour. The shocking thing was finding human hair inside the gelato! The cashier was denying this incident and thought I was deceiving him. Then he was only convinced that the hair was from them when he pulled it completely. After that, he paid me a refund. I will never buy from this shop again. I wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy.
