I had to undergo a very unpleasant treatment...nurse Karen, was exceptional!! Likewise DR Lu....I've never felt this is kind of treatment before, my condition has been long time thing...as awful as it was! They made me feel so good, calm, ....Angles xx

Had a shoulder hydrodilation in 2020 for a frozen shoulder. Unfortunately the procedure made the problem worse and has caused further injury to the shoulder and now undergoing long term treatment to try to reverse the shoulder damage. The staff here are friendly though.

I don't recommend this place, because they overcharge and over-prescribe medical treatment. they charge 3-4 times higher than Medicare benefits so patients end up paying hundreds out-of-pocket after Medicare rebates for x-ray/ultrasound/other treatment. They recommended and performed hydrodilatation. I had pretty bad experience there - it was very painful during the procedure, and it is not effective. It has been 8 weeks since the procedure and it made the problem worse.

This is my second appointment here and I must say that all the staff are wonderful, the doctors are great, and they all love small talk and a joke or two to make you feel at ease. They also have free secure off the street parking! Definitely recommend.

A Very professional and helpful receptionist with red hair. I can’t remember her name but she went over and above what was asked of her with obtaining my Medicare details for bulk billing. Very prompt, kind and courteous staff!
