Receptionist’s were lovely and always a delight but don’t waste your time consulting with “Dr” Jack Goldberg

Dr Rauf Soomro is the worst GP I’ve ever had. It is extremely hard to communicate with him and he will make you feel it is your fault. He doesn’t have the basic professionalism as a doctor and please avoid him.

Avoid Dr. M Ibrahimjee. My partner had 2x appts with him for discomfort in his throat. In the video-phone appt he was impatient and not interested in any detailed examination though my partner tried to show him footage over the video call. The appt was brief and the patient dismissed with some non- specific medication. Given the remote nature of the appt, Dr ibrahimjee's indifference and impatience was especially unsatisfactory. In the end, he misdiagnosed (unsurprisingly) which landed us in Emergency on Good Friday where my partner finally recieved the proper care. Apart from the obvious dangers of misdiagnosis due to lack of case information, are we supposed to be running off to Urgent Care because we don't receive the right diagnosis, or because we can't rely on the diagnosis given in a tele- or video appt? Is there no responsibility on MyClinic to ensure quality of care? Bulk Billing doesn't mean these patients don't deserve quality medical advice. Clinics, private and otherwise, should be held accountable for the quality of care and medical advice they are providing.

Saw Dr. Lincoln Dinh a few times using Telehealth during the lockdowns. He has always been friendly, patient, and professional. Highly recommend.

Dr Mustafa saw me and diagnosed my painful tonsillitis when nobody wanted to see me 1:1 personally/ physically during the 2nd vicious lockdown. I was grateful to see Dr Mustafa. So thank you so much for that help. Truly. ️

Dr. Ebrahimjee, was completely useless. I only went because my regular Dr was away and my consultation with Dr. Ebrahimjee wasn't helpful and he was generally quite an unpleasant man
