We hunted in a lot of stores looking for black flooring as part of a renovation. We then finally found Kustom Timber and their product is perfect. They came around to measure and even the company's founders personally assisted with the order. It's now been laid in what is about to be the new dining room and everyone who sees the floor loves it. Top quality and top service.

We are extremely pleased with Kustom Timber. We had put in beautiful oak chevron 2 years ago in our kitchen/lounge area. This year we decided to update our dining/living room areas with the same oak chevron. Our original supplier couldn’t help as said they no longer carried our product. A friend suggested we contact Kustom Timber. Although they don’t carry the product either they offered to have it custom made. It’s just been installed and it’s a perfect match. It looks amazing. Angus, Leila and the entire team are professional, friendly with exceptional attention to detail. Highly recommend.

Kustom Timber is an incredibly professional company. Angus, Hayden, George and Leila were a delight to deal with. The consultation and communication from all of them was first-class. We chose Beach House and it has brought our apartment to life. We love it. George, who laid the flooring is a perfectionist at his trade. Thoroughly professional team who do amazing work We were recommended Kustom Timber through Smarter bathrooms. They came in to fix the problems that we had with the floating floorboards we originally had installed. Gone is all of the awful creaking noises when we walk, the bounciness in the floors because they original contractors that we got did not include floor leveling. Now we have great timber floors. All of the things that we missed the first time, the team at Kustom Timber had already considered and factored into the price so you do not get any shocks at the end either with the price or the worksmanship. Angus Harrison who was our project manager keeps you informed at each stage of work so you know what is going on. They even do things like putting up protective covering to save our kitchen from being dirtied. Pros - very professional service - put up protective covering - walk you through the process and ensure that everything has been considered (like leveling of floors) - will work directly with the building manager of your apartment building so you don't have to worry about it Cons - not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for I have attached some photos of the work that they did in my apartment so you can see for yourself. Update: 6 September - We had a creak in our floorboards so we called Kustom Timber and they sent someone out to take a look. One week later it was all fixed. Great post-sales service.
Kustom Timber did an amazing job with our floorboards. We loved the full timber range and had difficulty picking which floorboards to go with. In the end, we chose calypso and love it! We got our whole townhouse done, complete with downstairs, upstairs and the staircase and could not be happier. Everyone who has visited have commented on our floorboards, so we are really lucky we chose to go with Kustom.
