An amazing and top notch experience! The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and gave me a great quote based off my laptop issues. The service is fast and friendly and they don’t waste your time or try to sell you unnecessary things! Overall I was very happy with the result and service!! 10/10 would return if I have another issue with tech in the future!

Edit: I've added a receipt photo because the owner tried making me out to look like a "fake review". He is such a dishonest person and will try anything to get away with being dodgy! Beware! I payed to have my Iphone 6 Plus' battery replaced. He completed it, but! The front facing camera and ear piece was not working when I got my phone back. I took it back to him immediately and he responded with "its not my problem, its your fault". Then he tried charging me 40 to fix it! I was so annoyed but I couldn't prove it was him. This phone had been working perfectly for years, until IDOC touched it. I ended up buying a new phone and selling my 6plus to a Professional who repairs these phones. I was told "the guy who fixed your phone had broken the cable, thats why the camera and ear piece aren't working". I now know to avoid IDOC because he is a snake! He actually tried to charge me for something that was his fault! Stay away from this place, there are much more professional and honest places out there.

Thank you Idoc. My laptop (no power) was fixed here. They took time to inspect it. They told me what happened, what needs to be done and gave me a quote first, checked it with me before anything else, which I really appreciate. Price they charge is very reasonable for the quality service they provide. I was told by others that my laptop was good for the rubbish after 15 minutes of taking out the battery and RAM and just basically plugging it in and out of the power outlet. This place you can go to straight away when you need help or advise on what you need to do with your laptop. They tend to get a bit busy because many people trust them and wants their service but their service and advise is worth the wait. They are friendly, honest and very reliable. I highly recommend this place

I'll never take my iPhone to an Apple store again. This place is so much better. I showed up at the Apple store 15 min late for the appointment I made 24 hrs in advance (to replace a shattered screen), and they made me wait another hour for the next available appointment. Once the "technician" in the back inspected my phone, I was told that there was too much damage to the glass for it to be repaired, so I'd have to spend 830 to replace the entire phone. Mind you, this phone was still 100% functional and only 2 months old. I politely told them they could go themselves and that I'd get it done cheaper elsewhere. To my pleasant surprise, I found Idoc. I showed up and was greeted nicely by the staff. They took a minute to inspect my phone and make sure everything was functioning properly (cameras, buttons, touch screen, speakers), then took down my info and told me to come back in 25 minutes. When I came back, my iPhone XS was good as new.To make a long story short, (I guess it's already too late) this place did the job perfectly in in a fraction of the time Apple would have taken, and for only 135 , which is quite reasonable, especially when compared to buying another brand new phone. It also comes with warranty

I've had my screen replaced twice by Idoc. On the second occasion some dust was trapped behind the front facing camera's. Idoc was very helpful once I brought this to his attention and offered a free (under the screen replacement warranty) same day, post in repair of the device. This also included a free replacement screen protector post fix. Whilst there, I asked for the charging port to be cleaned which typically attracts a 49 fee. This was thrown in free of charge and was a nice gesture. My experience has been very good at Idoc and I would recommend them for any device repairs.

Smashed my Samsung Galaxy S9 screen and it was unresponsive. Didn't want to go through hassle of buying a new phone and extracting data from my old phone, so opted to repair it. Read a lot of other repairer Google reviews and they were a mixed bag, however, came across Mobile Expert Google reviews and they were super positive. So that was good enough for me and this is my review. Positives: Their prices are all on website, so no hidden surprises and it was easily the cheapest I could find in Melbourne. Aaron is a nice guy because he repaired it straight away instead of asking me to come back the next day, took him one hour. Once repaired it was like brand new and he performed some tests to ensure all the features were functioning. Negatives: - None All I know is if I break any electronic devices in the future I know where I'm going to get them fixed. Thanks Aaron, a nice guy who provides an excellent service.

Edit: The owners relied saying the warranty doesn't cover physical damage, such as water damage. The bloke works with phones all day and doesn't even know the iPhone X is water proof, lol, joke man. All they want is money!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid over 500 to get 2 iPhone X screen replacements, both screens slowly peeled off the phone within 6 months. When asking for replacement the warranty was not honoured and tried to charge 200 form a new screen. They are a scam!

This place is a scam, they don't fix your phones properly and wait for them to break again, hoping you will come back in so they can charge you another 200 to get your phone fixed. They guy I talked to yesterday was such a knob also, acted like he was 10 years old and just tried to blame me even tho he wasted my money and didn't fix my phone properly. Bunch of flogs!
