After loosing our beloved fur human Sophia over the weekend the staff at patch and purr in the middle of a natural disaster still drove to us to collect her. The staff are extremely caring, highly professional and give all round fuzzy feels. They couldn't have given us a better experience in such a difficult time. Thank you patch and purr

They were brilliant and thank goodness for them. My mum's dog passed early morning on boxing day. They organised pick up within an hour. The person was kind and considerate. Bandit was carefully placed on a lovely bed and taken away. They didn't push for payment at the time, just told us the fee then contacted us later in the week. They went out of their way to deliver the ashes directly to us. The whole experience was gentle and easy which we needed as we were all grieving the loss of our beloved family member. I can't thank the wonderful staff enough. And again, thank goodness for their service.

Fabulous. Of course you don't want to have to use a service like this. But if you do, Patch and Purr are the most caring and lovely people that really look after your lost loved ones. I think the price was reasonable, but that didn't matter to me. It takes very special people to do what these ladies do and I can say that's definitely what they are.... special. Cannot thank them enough for helping me make this tough time just that little bit easier with 1 less thing to worry about. Thank you for looking after my Jasper and thank you so much for the wonderful things you do.

Trustworthy and respectful. I contacted the Patch and Purr team under very distressing circumstances earlier in April. They were really helpful, understanding and compassionate. They made sure my cat was looked after personally, and was great at communications throughout. I highly recommend their services. Their urns and keepsake items are very unique. You can trust them to look after your loved ones and bring them home to you safe and sound.
