I like the brand, but the attitude and lack of manners of the store stuff have ruined shopping experience for me. I have never been pushed to the door so persistently and in such a rude manner before. DFO was closing at 6pm, while Sass & Bide was closing at 5pm. Customers entering the store after 17:45 were immediately "greeted" with "we are closing in 5 min". Retail staff did not display any desire to make a sale or to provide customer service, but at 17:55 we were told the store is closed. When there is no refund or exchange possible, you can not just "grab" an item, which costs more then several hundred dollars and be kicked out of the store. Being the only Sass and Bide outlet in Victoria, does not give it the right to treat customers the way they were treated.
