I am most grateful to both Kurt and Mick, for the fabulous service recently received. The whole experience, from the initial phone call, to the work carried out, was just superb. I was very impressed with the prompt, and exceptionally friendly service, and the high level of professionalism, expertise and attention to detail you both extended to me. I would therefore not hesitate in the slightest, to heartily recommend One Stop Plumbing & Drainage Solutions to anybody requiring an AWESOME Plumber in the future.

If this is the only part of the review you read, hire them. You'll regret it otherwise because you can't beat quality. If you've kept reading, firstly let me start by saying thank you to Kurt for the umpteenth time also to Mick for everything they've done. It all started with my toilet water rising and I'll tell you, nothing is more terrifying than learning you can hide the evidence. After multiple attempts to get my toilet flushing again with no success, I'm ashamed to admit, I contacted another plumber who couldn't find the time to get back to me. I then called a second company who seemed to be in a meeting with the first for a few days so I went online and found a review left by someone saying they were experiencing the exact same thing until they called One Stop Plumbing. They said they were so pleased with the service I had to call to see if it was true. Kurt answered my call the first time. I told him exactly what was happening assuming to be told I'd have to wait a few days till he could come out (understandably) only to be told he be there in a few hours. Not only did he arrive promtly but when encountered with a bigger issue than originally expected, Mick arrived and helped get my toilet working. In doing so him and Kurt were able to determine the scope of the issue and tell me what I needed next. Within days and to assist my schedule, they arrived to complete the work and have my plumbing up and running smoothly. I seriously can't commend the work carried out enough but it's the service I'm blown away by. I deal with tradesmen on a daily basis in my line of work and of all the plumbers I've met, Kurt and Mick are both on the top of my list. If you hire them, you won't regret it. I certainly don't.
One Stop Plumbing Solutions were only happy to help out on a plumbing emergency, I called and Kurt was there within the hour to help out. Professional and courteous had the problem fixed and cleaned up all the surrounding area damaged by mud and water. Looked after me with the price, Highly recommend One Stop Plumbing and Drainage solutions, Thanks Heaps Kurt.

We rang one stop pluming for a urgent job late and they were there within 30 min and had our hot water back on within a hour great service at a good price

i felt the need to write a review on one stop plumbing & drainage solutions. i live in the Doonside area and have a gas hot water heater i needed installed i called plumbers they were either rude or just to busy for my job. i got in contact with Kurt from one stop and he was very polite and was able to come and meet at my property for a free quote. Kurts price was very fare and was at my property the next day after approval of quotation. fantastic job and will highly recommend Kurt & his team of professional and polite plumbers thanks again Kurt Aaron Lunt
