I have been really impressed with Lauren! She does a great job grooming my pup! My dog happily runs around in the doggy play area after her groom until I pick her up. Lauren also offers other services with the groom (teeth cleaning and heart and worm etc). Pricing is really good too! :-)

Every time my little Storm has her hair done she looks and smells amazing! Because my little Storm was a rescue dog, she is quite shy and suffers from anxiety. The team at Pawfect Friends Aus are truly understanding and comfort her during the experience. I am extremely happy that I found them and will continue to use their service and recommend all my friends.
We were a first timer to Pawfect Friends and I wasn't disappointed. Bane had a wash and blow dry and he has never come out so white. I was so impressed, the people there are professional and friendly and they are great value. HIGHLY RECOMMEND will definitely be using them again!
Kira and Mia have been going for nearly 2 years now and absolutely love Lauren and her team. They always look amazing and she de-sheds them so well they don’t malt as much for ages!! Highly recommend!!
My dog Luna was in desperate need of a groom as she had not been able to have regular ones due to lockdown. Lauren was so accomodating and squeezed Luna in to her already busy schedule. The minute I walked in Lauren made sure that Luna felt comfortable and I could tell that Lauren really loves animals with the way she spoke and interacted with Luna. I picked up a brand new dog who was groomed beautifully and smelled delicious! I think we may have found a new groomer.
If you're looking for a dog groomer with a difference then look no further. Lauren does a fabulous job grooming and looking after our big pooch Matrix. He has been seeing her for a while now for a wash and deshed. Each time I drop him off I know he is in good hands. He always comes home happy, clean and smelling so much better than when he walked in! She has an amazing love for dogs and it shines through with her amazing work. Thank you
Thank you Lauren and Team at Pawfect Friends. After a few traumatic experiences elsewhere we have finally found a groomer for our fur baby Beau with that personal touch. All instructions were followed and there were no surprises when we picked him up. He didn’t mope around at home all afternoon as he had in the past , that showed us that he was well cared for and given love from his new groomers. We will definitely be back.
Lauren was amazing! Firstly she was so quick to respond to my initial enquiry. Then when my pup hurt herself, she was so understanding of the situation and helped me make a new appointment. Really appreciated that! You can tell she loves what she does for work. She was so great with my pup and answered all my questions. She even gave me tips and tricks on how to maintain my pups fluff for in between visits. Will 100% be my regular groomer for my pup!
