Cassie and Maya have 25 years of combined experience within the human services and community sector, having worked within government departments and not-for-profit community service organisations with a focus on the welfare of children and young people as freelance consultants, facilitators and assessors. Following a long-standing history of project development together, in 2016 the industry partnership was formalised and The Highwater Agency was born.
