Cheap rates but pretty much everything never works sadly
You get what you pay for - nearly every time I park here there are problems - lift not working, boom gate stuck again. Disaster. Better to pay an extra 2 and park at pump n save.
Called to report 4 syringes on level 5 and 2 days later they are still there. One was at my driver door and I almost stood on it. Says secure parking but late at night I feel unsafe here, especially walking up the stairs. They used to have a permanent security guard at the front who is no longer there. Constantly get stuck waiting to either go in or out due to ticket machine jamming and 1 pay station is normally down. Prices go up and facilities go down. Owner replied that the cleaners have gone in but now over a week and the syringes are still there. They have been kicked to the wall.
Every day there is at least 1 person whos ticket gets stuck. Pray it isn't you because 50% of the time there isnt someone there to help
Eight levels and the lift is broken time to time, it wouldn't be an issue though if I would feel safe using staircase leaving car park when it's almost empty (someone sleeping in staircase). Also, broken glass bottles all over the staircase, which could easily get through your shoes. Called them three times to let them know with couple of days in between, it took them three weeks to clean up! Booked a spot online, when I got there, there was no space, called and they asked me to park in a specific reserved spot, which then I had an angry note trying to educate me! The price is one of the cheapest in the area, hence the two starts.
Convenient location with reasonable rates. Very old and cramped car park - just be aware that you may need to be a competent parker!
Unreliable/problematic ticket machine, no staff on site to assist and the person on the intercom not very helpful and was quite rude. Wasted 25 minutes before I could finally got on to a helpful staff on the intercom and managed to get out today. Will need to find other Carpark nearby which is a shame as this was the one closest to my office.
