We needed a spare part for our kitchen tap, and it's not a standard size. We couldn't remember the brand of the tap, but Kaia at Reece was immediately on the case. She helped us figure out the brand, then called the supplier to ask if they had the part. And they did! Kaia went above and beyond to help us. We'll remember this next time we need to buy a plumbing product.

LOTS OF PRODUCTS ON DISPLAY This showroom was recently refurbished and is a good place to start when you are thinking of a bathroom renovation. Helpful advice and its part of the large Reece chain with access to lots of items. Parking is tight here but you can drive in to the Woolworths carpark nearby (2 hours free).

Tell me to make the trip in then tell me I can't buy from them unless I'm a registered gas fitter. Completely get the reason for the rule but don't make me waste a trip saying one thing then doing a 180 when I get there. A holes about it too.
