Alan is the best BMW best dealer that we had dealt with. He was very thoughtful and made all possible arrangements to meet our request. And very understanding. I have the experience as purchased luxury new X car as well serviced another car. Once they got your money they no more interested in help. I got issue in the new car and service and sale manager got very rude to me . I should talked to the principal May was better. I raised it with BMW Australia but they have recorded message ( we sorry but dealers are variable in their care ).... I serviced another car had issues as they ruined the aircon and when wanted to talk to them over weeks abs weeks not even returned the call. I am dealing now with another BMW service. They are best in Victoria. I wished I bought from them. My advise. Go to some one else. The faces tell you. My wards enough.
