Yuki & James had the best experience ever! The team was attentive, provided excellent care, shared a video of how relaxed the dogs were and they came out DIVINE. Would highly recommended for big and small dogs, worth every penny and definitely be back! THANK YOU for looking after our babies!

What a wonderful place! All the staff were so sweet and kind, you can tell how much they love animals. My cat looked so calm and happy when he was finished. He looks and smells and feels amazing, I can't stop cuddling him! HIGHLY recommend!

Can't express how great the service was provided by Kloud9 Petspa. They were so attentive and friendly while handling my cat Lisa. They treated my cat with care and love, Lisa was absolutely enjoying her first Japanese spa treatment (I definitely recommend this treatment as it's beneficial for any long hair cats and great for removing any dead skin as well) and the whole process was chill and thoughtful. Please don't hesitate to give it a try as it definitely won't disappoint you. Look at the attached pic, how satisfied Lisa was after the lovely treatment. Disappointed for a number of reasons. The groom is supposed to take an hour but when I dropped her off they told me to come back in 2 hours. Called to follow up and they said another 40 minutes. When I arrived she was still wet sitting in the dryer and only then did they take her out to use the hair dryer. They gave her to me still wet, her behind still dirty and matted, dried blood from a scab under her chin that I was able to easily remove, and the rest of her coat patchy / uneven lengths. She’s never been so stressed after a groom. She hid for the rest of the day, which she has never done before. Also the most expensive groom I’ve paid for (and the worst).
