I had previously been told that the orthodontist in booragon was the person to see. Unfortunately I wanted convenience and went to someone near me. Not happy with the overall service. When it came to treatment plan, the orthodontist wasn’t being clear and I had to ask him three times. I understand that patient should be involved in decision making, but this was just terrible, no treatment options was provided without me pressing on. I would have brought my kids to him only if he had better bedside manners and better counselling skills for his exorbitant charge.

Christine is exceptional. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to dental work, and I was particularly afraid to go to an endodontist. I thought for sure I would need to be sedated for the procedure... but Christine explained things to me very clearly, she was gentle and caring, and she made me brave enough to put my trust in her. I went through the appointments without a scratch and without sedation. Will be recommending all my friends and family!
Christine is an amazing endodontist! I had the best experience. I was so nervous but she really put my mind at ease. Paula the nurse is amazing and even covered me with a blanket because I was cold. Very happy with the treatment and will definitely be going back.
My dentist needed to refer me to an Endodontist and gave me a list of ones to contact. He suggested that even though I would need to wait a bit to see Dr Christine Yu, it would be the best option. I am so glad I listened and waited to get an appointment with Dr Yu. She is a very caring doctor and was so patient and gentle with me. She gave me the best care and was able to successfully treat and save not just the tooth I had been referred for, but also picked up another problem with a separate tooth my dentist had not been aware of. I recommend Dr Yu 100% for both her manner and expertise. She not only looks after her patients but is also a Professor teaching at university. She explained everything well to me and gave me a detailed treatment estimate prior to commencing treatment. I hope I don’t ever require her services again, but if I or any of my friends or family need an endodontist, I will tell them to see Dr Yu!
