Tried a piece of Red Rooster fried chicken, what can I say, will give KFC a good run, watch out. I m in after being years of KFC fanatics. Juicy, crunchy my piece was big. Yum!

Rude young chick out the front, food took over 5 mins at 730 pm for one rooster roll box... this is add bacon. How lazy can you be?! Disappointed. Red rooster is great but not from this store tonight unfortunately.

Purchased roast meal for evening meal no peas potato and pumpkin soggy and gravy cold. Worst meal purchased from this location. Will be the last.
I have been there a lot and normally I try to avoid writing negative reviews however the last few times in particular have not been great. I don't think any of the staff have ever smiled and it appears that you are inconveniencing them at all times. I placed an order in advance before Christmas (the staff recommended that I do this) only to arrive and be advised that no one recorded the order. The most recent time was Saturday and we ordered four meals and of the four meals only one was hot. Three of us ordered the Chicken, cheese and bacon burgers and watched the staff member microwave bags of chicken (but obviously not for long enough). Despite eating there they were cold so we did not even eat the burgers. The chips were great though and the gravy is always good.
