I chose St Quentins for my first venture into a Factory Sub-division project. I can't speak highly enough of them. Their staff are always professional and most helpful. I was always kept well informed of what was happening and they we always pro-active throughout the project. As a builder I find this to be somewhat rare in this industry these days. I highly recommend their services. I will be using them on all future projects

Rang to talk to someone in regards to a legend on their map provided by them as the writing was too small and blurred when magnified. After being told they weren't your plans, and confusion of what we were after, which we thought was a simple request, we left our number to have a call back asap by a plan manager, 2 days later still no contact. Pathetic customer service, incredibly rude receptionist and will not be dealing with you any further.
Very helpful though the subdivision process. It was more complicated than I expected.
