Although the email/enquiry system on their website didn't really get me anywhere (seems to be a common problem with glass repair businesses), they were very helpful from the moment I called them. I was able to arrange it all on the same day and repairman James got here promptly. Responsive, on time, and did a great job on the window; quick and easy overall!

Excellent friendly service from Tony when I needed a couple of panes of glass, even though he was technically on holiday.
Great service from Tony. I called over the Christmas- New Year break looking for a mirror to replace a broken one. The store was closed but Tony answered and, sensing my anxiety, agreed to cut me a piece that day. I texted the dimensions and within the hour received reply tact to come inthat day to collect. Then a follow up call from Tony. By 4 pm the glass was cut and picked up. Recommend Tony to anyone
