This was a really cool diving facility where I went to do my SCUBA refresher course after 20 years of not having dived at all. All of the staff were really enthusiastic and happy whilst loading the boat. We also helped them to do it. During the training parts of the course, everybody was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I was then able to remember most of my skills and get back into the water in no time.

The staff really make the experience, and they have such a great team! Been on their boat dive several times now and will keep coming back. A really great day, and a damn good BBQ lunch!

After using these guys we realised what an excellent diving experience is. The staff were super friendly and well organised. Won't use another shop going forward. Outstanding experience all around.

Hired gear from here for a dive at Rottenest, staff were great and the equipment was good.

Have been a customer of Dolphin Dive Fremantle for several years now. The attention to detail and friendly customer service is unparalleled in Perth metro areas. I have travelled overseas with the friendly staff on one of the organised dive tours and found everyone to be very accommodating and heaps of fun! I recommend this dive store and the Rottnest Island dive trips to everyone who is either visiting Perth or lives here permanently.

Let's start from the too laid back staff, lack of information and unorganised trip. When I've arrived at the jetty, I had to find out from other divers what to do next. The staff was too busy with the gear and they didnt look enthusiastic or happy to be there. It was my 1st time diving in Australia so I was not prepared for such a relaxed approach to customer service. We have dived at Rottnest Island. The 1st dive was boring. 35min under water. Lunch was okay. 2nd dive was much better and that compensated for the overall rating.
