After a lot of research I decided on proceeding with the purchase of an Equiluxe horse float. Alex was such a professional to deal with and nothing at all was a problem. The entire process was easy and stress free. The best part of all was picking it up. It was even better than imagined, their attention to detail is evident and we have enjoyed many positive comments since about its finish and quality of build. We look forward to many miles in comfort and safety for the horse and riders, a true 5 star result.

Cannot praise the customer service highly enough! Alex truly went above and beyond for us: always easy to contact, prompt to answer queries, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our experience with the Equiluxe team was exceptional. Through every step in the process Alex was informative and flexible with any changes and additional ideas that we came up with. Nothing was ever a problem or too much hassle. Our float was personally delivered, going above and beyond customer service. The construction of the float itself is very well made, and the finishing touches and finer attention to detail make it travel well and look fantastic. The horses and I are very happy! We had a wonderful experience buying our Equiluxe Float. After making the first phone call to Equiluxe and discussing with Alex about the float that we were interested in purchasing, our decision became very easy. I felt very comfortable and confident with Alex and the Equiluxe Team and from then on it was smooth sailing. Even across the Bass Strait! Communication from Alex was excellent. We were kept up to date with the progress and all our queries were dealt with promptly. Our Equiluxe float always attracts attention at local events and competitions with positive feedback. I had been looking for a new float for what seemed like ages, and I kept coming back to Equiluxe brand as they offered everything that I wanted in my new float plus some. I had a very unusual request for my float which Equiluxe said 'No worries - let's do it". I am so proud to be the owner of the very first open sided float Equiluxe produced. The float looks very stylish, suits my needs perfectly, is so roomy, has the durastuct flooring throughout & on the tailgate, beautiful personalised decals hand painted and best of all, is so smooth and balanced undertow. Alecia, Alex and the team were fantastic - the customer service is awesome. Nothing was too much trouble and they always kept me informed of the progress at every stage. I highly recommend not only the team at Equiluxe but their product is second to none. My only regret is that I got the float transported to me - I would have loved to have met Alecia and Alex in person, to thank them for all their hard work in delivering such an awesome product. :)
We purchased our Equiluxe Frederick early in 2014 and couldn't be more thrilled. The float has been built paying great attention to detail and being exceptionally well finished off. When it arrived my dad was blown away describing it as "a lot of horsefloat for the money". We have used our float a number of times throughout this year and it is admired everywhere we go. Our horses travel beautifully in it and the feature of a camera means we can keep an eye on them on our trips. We've spent a night sleeping in the float away at a comp and were surprised how cosy we were, now we can't wait for our next trip. The after sales service provided by Alex is second to none. We would recommend Equiluxe to anyone, you would definitely not be disappointed.
